Efficient and Affordable Energy Agenda
    Honky also supports rival, John Mccain's plan to build 45 new nuclear reactors, while this plan will take a while to impact America, at least ten years for the reactors to be built, but in the long run it will provide cheap and affordable power to the average American. It will stop America's dependance on foriegn oil and therefore, put more money in the average American's wallet by providing cheaper more affordable power. Honky will set this nation on a course to building 45 new reactors by the year 2019(11 years shorter than John Mccains plan), the ultimate goal will be 125 new plants. These plants will power American homes and factories, for decades and possibly centuries. This task is necessary. We will need to recover all the knowledge and skills that have been lost over three decades in a highly technical field. We will need to do all of these things, and do them right, as we have done great things before.
    Honky Johnson will be willing to break with the energy policies not just of the current Administration, but the administrations that preceded it, and lead a great national campaign to achieve energy security for America. So in the days ahead Honky will plan to return to the subject in a series of speeches to explain his reform agenda. Honky will set forth a strategy to free America once and for all from our dependence on foreign oil.
